What Zuzu does
Emergency help, matching blood donors, and doctor appointments — built around how Indian families actually use healthcare.
Book BLS, ALS, or ICU ambulances with live GPS tracking and upfront fare. See paramedic and vehicle details the moment your ride is assigned.
Search by blood group and pincode. See donors verified through Aadhaar and medical records, with every request routed through an opt-in consent flow.
Search NMC-registered doctors by specialty, city, and language. Pick in-clinic, video, or home-visit slots and get a digital prescription after the visit.
The context
The gap isn't care — it's access. Blood shortages, scattered doctor directories, and fragmented emergency response mean the right help often exists, but not in time. Zuzu exists to close that gap.

How it works
Share your pickup location and pick BLS, ALS, or ICU. Upfront fare shown before you confirm.
Follow the ambulance on the map. Paramedic name, photo, and vehicle number appear the moment it's assigned.
Cashless admission at partner hospitals where supported. Your family stays informed via SOS share.
Rollout
These are the cities we're onboarding hospitals, ambulance fleets, donors, and doctors in. Not live everywhere yet — add your city to the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment Zuzu opens there.
Why Zuzu
Donors are Aadhaar + medical-record verified. Doctors are checked against the NMC register before they go live.
See the ambulance on the map, with paramedic and vehicle details, the moment it's assigned.
Upfront fare before you confirm. No surge during emergencies. Cashless where insurance partners support it.
A medical coordinator is available 24/7 inside the app if your booking needs a hand.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Consent before any data use. No sale of personal health information.
Donors never pay a rupee. Zuzu treats donation as a gift, never a service.
Real moments
Zuzu is designed for the situations Indian families actually face — not edge cases from a pitch deck.
Book ALS in a tap, share live location with family via SOS, and reach a partner hospital cashless — without digging through contacts or hotlines.
Zuzu searches Aadhaar-verified donors in your pincode and nearby blood banks in parallel, so you're not dialling strangers in the middle of a crisis.
Book a video consult with an NMC-registered specialist in your language. Get a digital prescription the same day — no travel, no middlemen.
Book a doctor at home for parents or grandparents who can't travel. Follow-up visits, reports, and prescriptions stay with the same family profile.
Scenarios shown are illustrative of Zuzu's features. Customer stories will appear here as we go live with users.
For partners
We work with hospitals, ambulance operators, blood banks, and independent doctors. No rip-and-replace — Zuzu sits alongside your existing systems and shares only what you consent to share.
List your emergency capacity, receive pre-arrival patient details, and accept cashless admissions through supported insurers.
Onboard BLS, ALS, and ICU units. Get routed dispatch, fewer empty trips, and transparent settlements.
Publish live inventory by blood group. Surface your bank to nearby requesters when donor matches aren't fast enough.
Run your own schedule — in-clinic, video, home visit. NMC-registered doctors get verified and listed, free to start.

FAQ
Zuzu is rolling out across India city by city. The rollout map above shows where we're onboarding hospitals, fleets, donors, and doctors. If your city isn't on it yet, join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment Zuzu opens there.
You share your pickup location, pick BLS, ALS, or ICU, and confirm an upfront fare. Once assigned, you see the ambulance on the map along with the paramedic's name, photo, and vehicle number. You can share the ride with family via SOS.
Yes. Donors only appear in searches they've explicitly opted into. Phone numbers stay masked through an in-app relay, and medical data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Zuzu does not sell personal health information.
Search doctors by specialty, city, language, and fee. Every doctor is verified against the NMC register before going live. Choose in-clinic, video, or home visit; after the appointment, you receive a signed digital prescription inside the app.
Ambulance fare is upfront, based on vehicle type and distance, with no surge during emergencies. Doctor fees are set by each doctor and shown before you book. Blood-donor matching is free for everyone — donors and requesters.
No. 108 is the national emergency ambulance number and will always be the fastest baseline. Zuzu is built to work alongside it — a persistent in-app shortcut lets you parallel-dial 108 while a Zuzu ambulance is being dispatched.
Zuzu is designed around the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — explicit consent, purpose limitation, and the right to withdraw. You can request your data or deletion at any time from the app.
