About

We're building the healthcare layer India actually needs.

Zuzu is an on-demand platform that brings ambulances, verified blood donors, and doctor appointments into one place — so help is one tap away, not many calls away.

Our mission

Close the access gap, without cutting corners.

The best care in India already exists — skilled paramedics, committed donors, qualified doctors. What's often missing is the connection: the right ambulance reaching the right patient in time, a matching donor within range of a tier-2 hospital, a specialist consult without a six-hour bus ride.

Zuzu exists to close that gap — honestly, with verification at the source and consent at every step.

  • Verified at the source

Donors are Aadhaar + medical-record verified. Doctors are checked against the NMC register.

  • Consent before anything

No donor is contacted without explicit opt-in. No data is used beyond the purpose it was shared for.

  • No surge in emergencies

Ambulance fares are upfront and never spike during emergencies. Transparency is the default.

  • Donors never pay

Blood donation is a gift, not a service. We don't charge donors — ever.

What we run

Three services, one app.

Emergency

Ambulance

Uber-style dispatch with BLS, ALS, and ICU units. Live GPS, paramedic details, and cashless admission where supported.

Verified network

Blood donors

Search donors by blood group and pincode. Privacy-first consent flow with masked chat and no data sale.

Everyday care

Doctor appointments

NMC-registered doctors across specialties. Book in-clinic, video, or home visit. Digital prescriptions included.

Where we are

A pre-launch platform, rolling out with care.

Zuzu is in active development and onboarding partners — hospitals, ambulance fleet operators, blood banks, and doctors — across major Indian cities. We'd rather be honest about where we are than claim coverage we haven't earned.

  • Now

Partner onboarding, product build-out, donor verification pipeline, doctor registry integration.

  • Next

Private beta in a single launch city, with ambulance dispatch and doctor appointments.

  • Then

Blood donor network expansion + second and third launch cities.

  • After

Pan-India rollout based on partner density and user demand.
